1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled through our trusted supplier network. Processing times vary depending on the product and supplier:

  • Processing times typically range from 1–7 business days before your order is dispatched.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.


2. Shipping Destinations

Certi ships worldwide. We are proud to serve customers across the globe, and we work with reliable international carriers to get your order to you.

Please note that delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on your location.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is not included in the product price. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address and country
  • The weight and dimensions of your order
  • The shipping method available for your region

The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not charge hidden fees.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the product ordered. Below are general estimates after dispatch:

  • Asia, Australia & Rest of World: (TBC) business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, or courier delays outside of our control.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery through the relevant courier's tracking portal.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Certi has no control over customs processes and cannot predict or guarantee any additional charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order if you have concerns.


7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at the details below. We will investigate the matter with our courier partners.

  • Lost orders: We will work with the courier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement where possible.
  • Damaged items: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. Each case will be reviewed individually.
  • Incorrect items: If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will resolve it for you.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your order or have received a faulty or incorrect product, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos where applicable

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we may not be able to process unrequested returns.
